Meet the Board of the Trout Pond Property Owners Association

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Trout Pond Property Owners Association is to preserve and enhance the property values, quality of life, and community desirability through fair, effective, and reasoned fiscal and decision management by its Board members.  We will enforce the Covenants and By-Laws of the Association in a fair and equitable manner to support this mission, while fostering goodwill amongst neighbors, and ensuring the long term sustainability of the community.  

President - Mark Raggio - Term ends June 2025

Mark is a native of southern Indiana, who has also lived in rural Vermont, and Atlanta, Georgia.  He is a graduate of Indiana University, and has worked in the aviation industry for the last 12 years.  He purchased his Trout Pond property in August, 2016, and spends nearly every weekend in Lost River (Thurs - Sun)

Treasurer - Richard Davis - Term ends June 2025

Richard has been a community member since 2009 and is currently living full time in Lost River with his partner John and dog Roxy. Richard is a graduate of The Ohio State University and University of Pittsburgh. He has worked in the IT & software industry for 25 years. Richard owns his company providing digital bookkeeping services to small businesses and is a money guide for personal finances.

Secretary - Cathi Jones - Term ends June 2024

Cathi recently retired from the Congressional Research Service where she advised members of Congress and their staff on international trade policy. She and her partner, Susan, have owned their house on Timberline Drive for four years. Cathi and Susan are also both avid sailors, and sail their boat, Troubadour, out of Baltimore.

Director of Road Maintenance - Ed Hooker - Term ends June 2025

Mike has owned a cabin in Trout Pond since August 2014.  A native of Syracuse, New York, Mike is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and The George Washington University Law School.  Mike worked in private practice at a law firm in Washington, DC for twelve years before joining the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in September 2018.  Mike spends a couple weekends a month in Lost River, and is the proud owner of his rescue dog Tusk.
