Thank you to everyone who has taken note of our upcoming TPPOA 2025 Annual Meeting. As a reminder, the meeting is scheduled to take place on:

Time: 10:00 am
Location: Wardensville War Memorial Building

To ensure all members have the opportunity to participate, we are providing the Annual Meeting Proxy form for those who are unable to attend in person. This form allows you to authorize someone else to vote on your behalf at the meeting.
How to Use the Proxy Form:
Download and Print the Attached Form: Use the link below to access the form.
Fill It Out Completely: Make sure to provide your name, the name of your proxy, date, lot number(s), and signatures.
Submit It by the Deadline: All proxy forms must be received by June 21, 2025. Instructions:
You may mail in your proxy to the TPPOA PO Box. We will check the mailbox prior to the meeting for any last minute submissions.
Give the form to your proxy to present at the check-in prior to the meeting.
Scan the proxy and email to TPPOACommunity@gmail.com.
